THERMOPLASTICS INJECTION

Expert in technical design and manufacture of custom injected plastic parts.

TMP Industrie’s injectionmachine capability ranges from 90 to 1500 tons and is entirely roboticized, to produce technical parts, visible and structural parts in small or large dimensions, and also parts containing specific recycled material compounds developed with our partners.

SEQUENTIAL INJECTION

Mastering technical properties and visual aspects of large-dimension parts.

With our mold maker partners, our rheology specialists and our hot runner suppliers, we are able to fine-tune tooling equipped with multi-point hot runners.

GAS INJECTION

Bringing solutions to visual aspect or dimensional challenges of parts with varying thickness.

The technique of Gas Injection applied for over 20 years in the production of our injected parts has allowed us to meet our customers’ challenges, and keep development budgets under control.

Multiple guarantees :

  • Dimensional stability particularly for large-dimension parts headed for assembly.
  • Optimum state of surface that can be reproduced on visual aspect parts with high variations of thickness.

Our nitrogen unit is one of the assets allowing TMP Industrie unlimited freedom in technical design of gas-injected parts, and production on our entire machine fleet.

EXTRUSION BLOW-MOLDING

TMP Industrie develops and manufactures parts using continuous or accumulated extrusion blow-molding (to produce a hollow-body from 0.1 to 20 liters).

    These processes used by TMP Industrie make it possible to obtain the assembly of technical parts and optimize the costs of hollow body parts.
  • ASSEMBLY


    TMP Industrie develops and produces many ready-to-use sub-units for industry.
    All assembly and quality control operations are carried out in hidden time, during injection or extrusion blow-molding.
  • FILLERS


    Mastery of filling techniques (eutectic fluid, PCM, surfactants…) are incorporated into the transformation work station, eliminating logistics flow without added value, and thus reducing costs and lead times for our customers.
    TMP manufactures ancillary filling and seal-control equipment in-house (ATEQ  vacuum test, measurement of fall in pressure…) to achieve a finished product that is ready for use.
  • METALLIZATION, PAINTING, STAMPING

    TMP has a network of expert partners, and can provide decoration solutions for plastic parts.
